Welcome to The Bakeroom! By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
The Bakeroom provides tailor-made, in-person workshops that combine strategic facilitation with hands-on sourdough bread-making. Our services are designed to support strategic thinking, team collaboration, and individual reflection in an engaging and creative format.
We operate under two distinct service categories:

B2B Workshops – Private, facilitated sessions designed for teams and business leaders. These workshops focus on strategic topics, team alignment, and decision-making, and are typically commissioned by companies or organizations.

B2C Events – Publicly accessible events open to individual participants. These experiences are centered around personal and professional growth, learning and wellbeing and are offered on a per-ticket basis.
Each category of service is governed by separate terms related to booking, cancellation, and refunds, which are outlined in the relevant sections below.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. All content - including text, visuals, frameworks, and methods - is the property of The Bakeroom unless otherwise stated. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any part of the website or our materials without written consent.
3. Our Services
The Bakeroom offers two categories of services:

B2B Workshops: Custom sessions designed for companies or teams. These are typically booked by organizations and include strategy facilitation, bread-making, and tailored outcomes.

B2C Events: Public events open to individuals, such as marketing strategy trainings, leaders’ events or burnout or bread-and-reflect gatherings.
Each category is subject to different terms for booking, payment, and cancellation as outlined below.
4. Bookings & Payments
For B2B Workshops:

Bookings are made via email or direct inquiry and confirmed through paid invoice.
Cancellation by the Client:

More than 30 days before the workshop: Full refund or free reschedule (subject to availability).

14–30 days before the workshop: 50% refund or reschedule for a €250 rebooking fee.

Less than 14 days before the workshop: No refund. Reschedule possible for €500 rebooking fee (if available).
Cancellation by The Bakeroom:

If we must cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
For B2C Events:

Tickets are purchased via our website or designated ticketing platform.

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in advance.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events; in such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
5. Health, Safety & Food Handling
Our bread-making sessions follow Dutch hygiene guidelines. We take every precaution to ensure a safe, clean space. Participants must notify us of any food allergies, intolerances, or relevant medical conditions prior to the session.
While we strive for the highest standards, The Bakeroom is not liable for any adverse reactions to ingredients or misuse of food products during or after the session.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Bakeroom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or any damages arising from the use of our services. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the agreed service as described in your booking.
7. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, including our proprietary frameworks (e.g., the CRUST methodology), materials, and exercises, is owned by The Bakeroom. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can request to access, modify, or delete your data at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business evolves. Any significant changes will be communicated clearly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
